Ingrid is an artist who lives and works in New Zealand. Ingrid shares her time between her studio and lecturing on a Bachelor of Visual Arts at AUT University. In her art practice, Ingrid constructs scenarios to photograph. She takes an interest in how things are put together and what authorship might be employed to disclose a personal aesthetic rhetoric. She mimics some of the more common traits of home decoration in her work to recall and discuss cultural attitudes and preferences and to make comment on the natural order of the collector.
You can e-mail Ingrid at firstname.lastname@example.org
Ingrid will be taking part in the project as a responding photographer so please visit her page to see her 26 photographs throughout the year.
